Star Fish Lodge Rates
Booking Terms & Policies
All rates listed are per person sharing unless otherwise stated. Single supplement, add 50% to the listed rate.
NB: The rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Rates Include:
- Breakfast
- Value Added Tax (VAT)
- Tourism Levy
Deposit Requirements
50% deposit payable to secure booking, balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Any bookings made between one and 30days prior to service requires full payment. If the payment terms are not adhered to then the Rack rates will apply.
Should the deposit/pre-payment not be received within the time-frame specified, Shell Lodges reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The final rooming list should also be in Shell Lodges’ possession 7days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that all cancellations are only effective once confirmed in writing by our Reservation office. Please note that all refunds are subject to commission and/or bank charges.
- All bookings subject to a minimum 20% administration fee (20% of total booking)
- Reservations cancelled 7 – 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of full booking.
- Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of full booking
- No shows will be 100% of full booking fee.
Porterage Policy
- Porterage is included in the contracted rates.
Child Policy
- Children are allowed at Shell Lodges.
- Children under the age of 5 will be at no charge.
- Children aged 5 – 11 will be at 50% of the adult rate if sharing with two adults.
- 12+ full adult rate
Check in/out Times
Check in time is from 2pm – 8pm, any anticipated arrival time after this needs to be notified beforehand.
Star Fish Lodge guests need to check in at Periwinkle Lodge, 75 Beachy Head Drive after which they will be taken to Starfish Lodge which is 500m from Periwinkle Lodge.
Check out time is by 10h30am.
